Design Service 2

There are 2 ways in which we can help you with designing your bathroom:

Option 1

Showroom design service - free service, with no obligation

  1. Take the measurements and positions of existing items using our planning guide
  2. Bring details into showroom & speak to one of our 3 experienced designers
  3. Discuss your ideas with them. They will show you some relevant products, and make notes of what you are looking to achieve
  4. Leave the details with them. They will call you once they have completed the designs, to arrange an appointment for you to come back in and view the designs.
  5. You may come back as many times as you like to make changes to the designs and products, before deciding on a final design and list of products
  6. They will then produce an approximate quotation for you. If you are happy with this, we can arrange an appointment for our surveyor to visit your home
  7. The surveyor will check the measurements and check the feasibility of the design with regards to your plumbing.
  8. He will then discuss any modifications with the designer, and produce a full, detailed quotation for you, with a final, fixed price.
  9. Once you are happy with everything we will need a 30% deposit. We will then book in a start date for the work

Option 2

Site visit by our surveyor - £100 deposit - refundable if you go ahead with the job

  1. Call or email us or come into the showroom - ask to book an appointment for a site survey and pay the £100 deposit
  2. Surveyor will visit you to take the measurements, and look at any aspects of your plumbing system that may affect your choice of design or equipment
  3. The surveyor will come back and discuss ideas with one of our designers, who will then create some possible designs
  4. We will then ask you to come in and view the designs and choose the products
  5. You may come back as many times as you like to make changes to the designs and products, before deciding on a final design and list of products
  6. We will then produce a full, detailed quotation for you, with a final, fixed price.
  7. Once you are happy with everything we will need a 30% deposit. We will then book in a start date for the project.
